SitterLeaf brings pet sitters and owners together around clear care instructions, daily check-ins, and photo reports. Here is how a stay comes together.

Add a client and send their private care form. Owners enter routines, contact details, and familiar comforts. They can submit for free, and the link closes after one successful submission.

The saved client profile is ready for the next booking. Create a stay with its dates and care time zone. Each stay keeps its own copy of the instructions.

Open a care day, record completed tasks, and add a note. Upload photos with captions. Check-ins record what the sitter enters; they do not independently verify care.

Write a short update and preview the daily report before sharing. The owner sees recorded tasks, notes, and photos. Send the report link yourself. It lasts thirty days, and you can revoke it sooner.

Owners can keep reusable care packs and saved reports in their free workspace. Signing in before submitting a care form lets them choose to connect their pet and receive future reports here.

The workspace includes reminders while the page is open. Browser alerts need permission. Follow the installation guide to add the web app to your phone. Separate app-store downloads are not available yet.

Register by December eighth, twenty twenty-six, for your first month free. The planned price afterwards is six US dollars per month. Billing is currently disabled, with no automatic charges. Owners participate free. Questions? Use the contact email at the bottom of the page.

What the video demonstrates

This narrated tour uses fictional sample accounts and screenshots of the working SitterLeaf interface. It follows client care forms, reusable profiles, daily check-ins, photo reports, the free owner workspace and installation. The sample image is an illustration, not evidence of pet care.

Try the workflow yourself

  1. Open the sitter workspace, create an account and choose “Try an example client.”
  2. Create a stay, choose its care time zone and record a daily task.
  3. Add a note or photo, review the report preview and create a private report link.
  4. Open the free owner home to keep care packs, connected pets and reports together.

Useful details before you start

Owners can submit a care form or open a shared report without an account. A free account adds saved care packs and optional sitter connections. The person sending a link chooses who receives it.

Check-ins are entered by the sitter. Report links expire after 30 days and can be revoked. Browser reminders require an open workspace and permission; care records need internet access.
